Founded in 2022 and rebranded in 2026, headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, Novel Knitts Private Limited is a dynamic textile manufacturing and trading company specialising in premium crochet fabrics for the garment industry. In April 2026, the company underwent a strategic rebranding as Novel Knitts Private Limited, reflecting its renewed vision, growth, and commitment to excellence.
Established by Mr. Anjani Kedia and Mr. Divyansh Marodia, the company is dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality fabric solutions that meet the evolving needs of fashion brands, garment manufacturers, and textile businesses across India and international markets.
With an in-house manufacturing setup spread across 15,000 square feet, equipped with advanced crochet machines and a production capacity of approximately 50,000 metres, we combine craftsmanship, technology, and industry expertise to create fabrics that meet the highest standards of quality and design.
